GROUP TRAVEL STARTING AT $800
Our DISCOVERING TOGETHER PACKAGE is designed for those seeking to travel as a group of 10 or more, whether with family, friends, or interest-based groups.
We’ll work with you to create a personalized itinerary that matches your group’s unique preferences, interests, and travel goals. We understand that each group is as unique as its members, so we go the extra mile to craft a personalized itinerary that perfectly aligns with your group’s specific preferences, interests, and travel objectives.
Once the group itinerary is designed in consultation with the lead traveler or group leader, our commitment to exceptional service extends to every group member. We make it a priority to be available to each household and individual to address their special circumstances and unique requirements. Whether it’s dietary restrictions, mobility concerns, or any other specific needs, we will work closely with each traveler to ensure their experience is tailored to their satisfaction. This level of personalized care and attention ensures that everyone in your group feels valued and their travel experience is truly memorable. This package is designed to cater to those who appreciate the foundation of a well-crafted travel plan while valuing the flexibility to extend their stay and add personalized activities and experiences.
With the Traveler Design Package, you can embark on your chosen cruise, tour, or resort vacation with the confidence of a tried-and-true itinerary that ensures you won’t miss out on must-see destinations and activities. However, we understand that every traveler has their unique preferences and interests. That’s why we provide the option to extend your stay before and after the core trip, allowing you to explore additional destinations, dive deeper into local culture, or savor more leisure time in a paradise of your choice. What truly sets this package apart is the opportunity to personalize your journey with activities and experiences that align with your passions, whether exploring hidden gems, engaging in local cuisine, or indulging in adventure. In this way, the Traveler Design Package enables you to experience travel the way you envision it, with all the convenience of a structured vacation and the added freedom to make it your own.
VACATIONER
CRUISE OR TOUR WITHOUT CUSTOMIZATION STARTING AT $200
Our VACATIONER PACKAGE is designed to provide a well-structured getaway, tour, cruise, or resort stay while allowing for basic customizations that enhance your travel experience.
With this package, you can enjoy the convenience of a standard vacation itinerary and the flexibility to add those special touches that make your journey uniquely yours.
The Vacationer package assures travelers of a tried-and-true vacation experience. Whether setting sail on a cruise, embarking on a guided tour, or indulging in a resort stay, you’ll have a dependable core itinerary to guide your travels. However, we also understand that every traveler has their own set of preferences and interests. That’s why we provide the option to make basic customizations, such as dinner reservations and tours. Additionally, you can extend your vacation with a one-night pre-cruise or pre-tour stay, allowing you to enter your destination or embark on early explorations. This package provides you with the freedom to enhance your journey, ensuring that your vacation is not just enjoyable but also uniquely reflective of your desires. Travel with ease; make it yours with the Vacationer package.
A La Carte Travel Services
Flight Only Reservations and Management - $100 per ticket
Discover a seamless travel experience with our flight reservation and management services. All of our design packages include flights for added convenience. However, a per-ticket fee applies for FLIGHT-ONLY reservations.
In travel assistance and flight monitoring is included.
Last Minute Concierge Services - $25 per activity
All our design packages come with complimentary concierge services such as excursions and dining reservations, provided they’re booked at least 45 days before your departure. Any bookings made within 45 days of departure will have a $25 fee per activity. However, this doesn’t apply to items like train tickets, which cannot be reserved beyond the 45-day window. We’re here to enhance your experience, ensuring smooth arrangements whether you plan ahead or need last-minute assistance.
Last Minute Vacation Design - $200
For an optimal travel experience, we suggest planning your trip 9 to 12 months ahead. However, if you’re considering a last-minute getaway within 60 days of departure, a special last-minute vacation design fee will be added to your chosen design package. This additional fee ensures your vacation becomes our top priority, guaranteeing you the finest possible experience. We’re dedicated to crafting memorable journeys, whether you plan ahead or embark on spontaneous adventures.
Expert Advice - $100
Sometimes, a self-planned trip hits the mark, yet you desire a second pair of eyes to guarantee no crucial details are overlooked. Our skilled guidance steps in – a one-hour consultation to analyze your plans and offer recommendations, followed by a recap email. Please note this service excludes reservation assistance.
COMPLIMENTARY LUXURY HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Our complimentary VIP Hotel Booking Tool allows you to book hotels around the world on your own while taking advantage of Signature amenities, such as:
- Daily breakfast for two
- $100 property credit
- Upgrade on arrival, subject to availability
- Early check-in, subject to availability
- Late check-out, subject to availability
Note: This tool is intended to be self-serve and does not include research, hotel comparisons, or assistance with travel arrangements. Once booked, any cancellations or changes to your reservation must be handled by you directly with the hotel.
HOTEL BOOKING MICROSITE
Emergency Assistance While In Travel - $100 per instance
We recognize that travel emergencies can arise unexpectedly. At Sphera Travel, our design packages come with inclusive travel assistance. However, it’s important to note that if the emergency results from the traveler’s actions, such as missed flights, forgotten passports, or not adhering to cruise ship schedules, an emergency assistance fee will be applied for each occurrence.
This fee will automatically be charged to the card on file.
While handling emergencies remains our priority, it’s essential to consider that dedicating resources to individual cases can impact our ability to assist other travelers effectively.
Additional in-person appointments - $50
For clients in Grand Rapids, MI, each design package includes one in-person appointment. Beyond this meeting, we’re available for conversations via phone or Zoom through scheduled appointments. Supplementary in-person appointments incur a fee of $50 per session.
We’re here to accommodate your preferences and ensure smooth communication throughout the design process.
Visa Processing and Assistance - $50 per person
We’re here to aid in travel visa processing, offering guidance on the necessary forms and processing guidelines. It’s important to bear in mind that our fee is separate from any processing fees and government charges associated with the visa application. Your seamless travel experience is our priority, and we’re ready to assist you through the visa process.
Trip Cancellation - $200 per household
Sphera Travel enforces a cancellation fee per household for trips canceled after the initial deposit.
To initiate a cancellation, kindly use our trip cancellation form. We will send an invoice for the Sphera Travel cancellation fee upon receipt of your request.
After payment, we’ll manage the vacation package cancellation. Please be aware that suppliers and airlines impose additional cancellation fees. Refunds, if applicable, are processed by the travel supplier.
All fees paid directly to Sphera Travel are non-refundable.
Your understanding of our cancellation process is greatly appreciated.
Trip changes - $50 per change
Sphera Travel applies to change fees in instances where modifications are necessary. These fees apply to each supplier that requires adjustments, encompassing airlines, hotels, and tour companies.
To initiate a change, kindly utilize our trip change form. We’ll send you an invoice detailing the Sphera Travel change fee upon receiving the form.
After payment, we’ll coordinate the vacation package changes with each supplier.
Please keep in mind that suppliers and airlines may impose additional change fees.
Should a complete change of dates and/or destination be required, a new design package fee will be applicable.
